Hibacci aims to ensure its customers’ full satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your item(s) for store credit.

To return an item, the following conditions must be met:

• Returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery.
• The returned item(s) must be in new condition, unworn,  in the original packaging.

Any item(s) returned not in the required condition will be returned to you. 

Disclaimer

• International customers will not be refunded for initial shipping costs and a return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund to cover the cost of the return shipment.
• Hibacci online store credit will be issued for the retail price of item(s) purchased.

Once your return is delivered, please allow 5-7 business days for your return to be processed. You will receive an email confirmation once your return has been processed.
